To get started, you'll invite us as an accountant user in your QuickBooks account. This provides the access needed to maintain your books while allowing you to remain in full control of your business.

Planning & Implementation
Throughout the month, your financial activity flows into QuickBooks. At the end of each month, we review, categorize, and organize your transactions to ensure your income and expenses are recorded correctly. This creates a clean and accurate financial record of your business activity..

Monitoring & Adjustment
After your books have been reviewed and reconciled, we prepare your key financial statements and send them directly to you by email. These reports provide a clear snapshot of your business's financial performance, including profitability, income, expenses, and overall financial position.

What bookkeeping services do you provide?
We provide monthly bookkeeping services including transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial statement preparation, QuickBooks setup, QuickBooks cleanup, and ongoing financial reporting. Our goal is to keep your books accurate and organized so you can focus on running your business.
How does the monthly bookkeeping process work?
Once we have accountant access to your QuickBooks account and view-only access to your bank accounts (preferred), we reconcile and categorize all transactions at the end of each month. After everything is reviewed and balanced, we email you key financial reports such as your Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and other important financial insights.
Do I need to have QuickBooks already?
No. If you already use QuickBooks, we can work within your existing system. If you don’t have QuickBooks yet, we can help set up and configure the software so it’s organized correctly from the start and integrated with your business accounts.
Can you fix bookkeeping mistakes from previous months or years?
Yes. We offer bookkeeping cleanup services for businesses with inaccurate, incomplete, or neglected books. Whether transactions were miscategorized, accounts weren’t reconciled, or records haven’t been updated in months, we can help get everything back on track.
How does pricing work?
Our bookkeeping services start at $150 per month. Most small businesses with 0–2 employees typically fall between $200 and $400 per month, depending primarily on the number of monthly transactions and the complexity of the bookkeeping required.
To provide an accurate quote, we recommend granting us accountant access to your QuickBooks account. After a brief review of your books, we can provide a fixed monthly price with no surprises.
